Position Overview

SFG is recruiting self-starters in Winnipeg ready to own their practice as a Life Insurance Advisor, Independent Life Insurance Advisor, or Licensed Financial Security Advisor. Work 100% virtually. Keep 100% of your commissions. SFG provides 20 life insurance carriers, CliCPrime at cost, and a community of 450+ Canadian advisors.

As a Life Insurance Advisor, you keep every commission — CliCPrime delivers leads at cost, separate from your 20 carriers. As an Independent Life Insurance Advisor, you set your hours and build virtually. The Licensed Financial Security Advisor path includes mentorship from 450+ advisors, the GFS Advantage, and rewards travel. Life Insurance Advisor, Independent Life Insurance Advisor, Licensed Financial Security Advisor — all self-employed, all virtual, all yours.

Key Responsibilities

• Run a fully virtual advisory business in your local and regional market

• Access CliCPrime for leads at cost — independent of your 20-carrier access and commissions

• Build a sustainable book of business through excellent service and consistent follow-up

• Receive cross-referrals from SFG mortgage, investment, and real estate partners via GFS Advantage

• Participate in SFG recognition programs including rewards travel and summer contests

Requirements

• Driven, coachable, and committed to building a growing virtual practice

• Comfortable in a 100% commission-based, self-employed business model

• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles is a strong asset

• Must meet provincial eligibility requirements for insurance licensing

• Access to a professional home workspace for virtual client calls and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree preferred but not mandatory

• Sales certifications or insurance licensing are a strong asset
