Signature Financial Group invites motivated candidates in Winnipeg, MB to build their own practice as a Life Insurance Advisor, Independent Life Insurance Advisor, or Licensed Financial Security Advisor. 100% virtual. 100% yours. As a Life Insurance Advisor, you keep every commission — CliCPrime delivers leads at cost, separate from your 20 carriers. As an Independent Life Insurance Advisor, you set your hours and build virtually. The Licensed Financial Security Advisor path includes mentorship from 450+ advisors, the GFS Advantage, and rewards travel. Life Insurance Advisor, Independent Life Insurance Advisor, Licensed Financial Security Advisor — all self-employed, all virtual, all yours.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate your financial practice on your own terms and schedule

• Receive clients through CliCPrime at cost and generate your own referrals

• Recommend life insurance solutions from SFG's portfolio of 20 carrier partners

• Use SFG's digital marketing tools — social media, SMS, and reputation management

• Document client activity in SFG's CRM and renew your license annually

Requirements

• Ambitious and driven to build long-term residual income as a self-employed advisor

• Track record of reliability and follow-through in prior roles

• Comfortable setting income goals and pursuing them independently

• Experience in financial services, insurance, or sales is a bonus

• Eligible to obtain a life insurance or financial security license in your province

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required; college or university coursework is a plus

• Financial planning certifications or a provincial insurance license are a strong asset
