SFG is expanding in Las Cruces, NM. We hire Licensed Life Insurance Agents, Independent life insurance agents, and Life Insurance Agents for real independent careers. The Life Insurance Agent path is built for long-term independence.

As a Licensed Life Insurance Agent with SFG, you own your clients and work virtually from anywhere. As an Independent life insurance agent, you access top-rated carriers — term life, whole life, disability, critical illness, and long-term care — in one place. The Life Insurance Agent role includes a proprietary CRM, mobile tools, and niche market training. Licensed Life Insurance Agent producers grow into agency builders. Every Independent life insurance agent and Life Insurance Agent earns competitively with no income cap.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate your own insurance practice with flexibility — part-time or full-time

Requirements

• Driven, coachable, and committed to building a growing independent practice

• Comfortable in a commission-based, self-employed business model

• Experience in commission-based or performance-driven roles is a strong asset

• Must meet state eligibility requirements for life insurance licensing

• Access to a reliable internet connection for virtual selling and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in business or finance is a plus

• State life insurance license or willingness to obtain one with SFG's support
